2. Set high expectations for your team.

4. Advocate for accountability and responsibility.

5. Be committed to the team's objectives.
An effective leader must show unwavering commitment to the team's goals. Let the team know that you wouldn't abandon them when it gets bumpy. Support your team, and the team will reciprocate by working harder.
